Terms and Conditions

Insight Hour T&Cs:

Your 90 minutes are pre-booked and pre-paid for.

You can automatically reschedule up to 1 day before the meeting (if this time has passed, please email jenni@planetbsocial.com and if I can accommodate a move at this notice, I will aim to do so.

You can reschedule up to 2 times only (in the required time frame).

You cannot cancel the appointment without forfeiting the fee.

Refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances, at Planet B Social’s sole discretion.

Collaboration Sequence T&Cs:

Your 4.5 hours of calls are pre-booked and pre-paid for.

The first session will be 90 x minutes, followed by 3 × 60-minute calls.

We will schedule these follow-up calls after the first session.

The 3 x follow-up calls must be booked and completed within 8 months of the first session.
