Pinterest : Organic & Advertising

Why should you be considering Pinterest for your business?

With 416 million monthly users (& 46% year on year growth) the platform is clearly on the rise.

But more than this, there are 3 key reasons to consider Pinterest in 2021.

1) It’s the 3rd largest Search Engine (after Google and You Tube) and it typically attracts higher-income users.

2) People are actively looking for ideas & Products. Unlike Facebook or Instagram, you are not interrupting user’s social networking. They are there to discover solutions and purchase!

3) 83% of people make a purchase! This backs up the above, what’s more 50% of people purchased from a Promoted Pin (Ad) so paid content performs well and isn’t as disruptive on other platforms.

The importance of timing & strategy

However, it’s not just pinning nice images.

You need a careful strategy (people search ahead on Pinterest and it’s not uncommon to start pinning Christmas in July!), regular pinning (at least 5 x times a day) and relevant search-terms on all your bio’s, boards and pin descriptions.

Paid campaigns need to be carefully targeted, content and search terms tested, and once again, timed to perfection.

Let me help…

Pinterest is time-consuming and without a plan, it’s hard to measure what’s working. Even the most enthusiastic pinners often fall by the wayside, so let me take this off your hands and create a strategy aligned with your business goals, and take over all the content and scheduling too.

If you can invest in Pinterest Ads, even better! I am an expert in creating funnels that will increase sales, or grow your email list – or both.

My first client campaign achieved a ROAS of £16.48 – that’s a return of £16.48 for every £1 spent!
