‘Revised (Meta) Facebook & Instagram Ad strategy - increased ROAS from 1.80 to an average of x 4.28 and helped scale from Yearly Sales of £62k to £325k (2025).

I’ve been working with ethical jewellery brand Loft & Daughter since May 2022.

They were advertising on Facebook & Instagram but not reaching new audiences very successfully, and overall sales were not on target.

I overhauled the strategy (including targeting and spend) and worked on the Ad creative and messaging (particularly on copy).

Since then, I have continued to manage their Meta advertising, applying various new approaches and industry best practices as well as pushing creative angles.

On Meta - we have tracked revenue of £245,800 and a ROAS of x 4.28 from Sales campaigns over the last 2 x years alone.

I also implemented a Lead Generation strategy that brought 238 x new subscribers over Black Friday week - at a cost of 7.84 per sign-up and a direct revenue of £6.5k / ROAS x 3.5 from these subscribers within the first week.
