You can read all the blog posts in the world on social media, but nothing beats sitting down with someone who cuts through all the noise, gets right to the key points you need to learn and which you can action the next day, and that’s what I got from the class. Jenni has a friendly, approachable style of presenting and I never felt silly for not knowing something. She also followed up with a multi-page booklet reiterating the key items, tips, apps and useful info so that none of the class got lost in the fog.
